Who We Are
Casa Chapulina is a nonprofit organization on a mission to close the Hispanic homeownership gap. We believe that owning a home shouldn’t be out of reach simply because of language barriers, financial confusion, or lack of access to trusted professionals.

With a fully bilingual team and over 30 years of combined real estate experience, we’re building a future where Hispanic families have the tools and confidence to own their piece of the American dream.
We are industry experts and community leaders who understand the real estate process and the cultural barriers our families face.

Our Story
Our team began as real estate brokers, but after seeing the overwhelming need for accessible and culturally relevant information, we launched Casa Chapulina to expand our reach and impact. We focus on empowering the Hispanic community.

What started with fun educational videos has now grown into a full-scale initiative offering online courses, translated documents, and a trusted network of bilingual professionals all with one goal: helping more families become homeowners.
Our Vision
To be the leading nonprofit empowering Hispanic families with the tools to achieve sustainable homeownership and financial independence through real estate.

Why This Matters
-
Over 8 million Hispanics under age 45 in the U.S. are mortgage-ready.
-
Hispanics will represent 70% of first-time homebuyers over the next two decades.
-
But too many face obstacles due to language gaps, lack of knowledge, and misinformation.
-
We’re here to change that one course, one connection, one family at a time.
